Problem
Philippine schools need one place to run enrollment, billing, and grading for College (CHED rules) and K to 12 (DepEd rules), with many schools in one database.
My work
- A one-page enrollment workflow with a 6-step status bar, from Applied to Officially enrolled.
- Roles for Registrar, Cashier, Teacher, Student, Parent, Dean, and Applicant.
- A fee engine with ledger rows, stacked discounts, and official receipt number series.
- Grades, class and load pickers, and a history log of changes.
Result
A working MVP that brings the enrollment, billing, and grading work from my school projects into one modern app.
